This is an alcohol extraction tincture - contains ALCOHOL
TRADITIONAL USE:
3-5mls up to three times a day.
Add to drink or use the pipette to drop neat tincture under the tongue.
For episodes of severe anxiety/nervousness or palpitations - 5ml full dose hourly until symptoms subside. The effect can build with repeat dosing, so allow time for the herb to do its thing before you add multiple doses. Always leave at least 20mins between any doses.
Safe for everyday use.
If using continuously/daily for anxiety management, allow a break of 2 weeks within each 6 weeks.
