Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Processing Delays: In the event of high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping: We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at present.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
- Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s).
- Order Tracking: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order via the provided link in the email.
Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address.
- Countries We Ship To: Currently, we ship to United Kingdom only. If your country is not listed, please contact us at roots.herbalnursing@gmail.com to inquire about shipping options.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International Orders: Not applicable
- Domestic Orders: Sales tax is included in your product price.
Damages
- Roots Herbal Nursing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you find you have any issues with this process please contact me at roots.herbalnursing@gmail.com for support.
- Save Packaging: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Taking clear photographs inplace as found would be helpful to the claim.
