Contains high levels of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients.
Provides stress-relieving, hormone-balancing, liver and kidney-support, improvements in muscle fatigue and increased energy levels overall.
In summary, a tasty, supportive, and nourishing morning cuppa, that will go a long way to seeing you through the day.
DAILY USE:
Allow 7-10+ mins to brew.
1-2 cups earlier in the day.
Increase cups if you wish, and you feel no excessive stimulating effect - see below.
N.B Eleuthero (Siberian Ginseng) is a mildly stimulating adaptogen. Some may (rarely) be sensitive to this stimulating quality therefore until you're aware of how your body receives this blend, be cautious and drink earlier in the day initially.
This blend is formulated, assembled, bagged and packaged by my good self.
All tea bags are fully home-compostable, as are the used contents.
Each pack contains 12 bags and a tea-peg (to secure the string around cup handle)
