Often used for anxiety, stress, insomnia, restlessness, worry, circling thoughts, and any other unsettling time of life.
Is also a gentle blend to help ease the pain of grief and sadness, and allow the solace of sleep.
DOSAGE AND BREWING:
Allow 7-10+mins brew
For general relaxation and preparation for sleep: 1 cup late evening, prior to bed.
For sustained insomnia/sleeplessness: 1 cup early evening and again before bed. If having increased intake I suggest a small amount of a strong infusion (prevent nocturnal toilet trips disturbing sleep).
Tasty and enjoyable, generally very well tolerated, and effective for most people.
Can be taken alongside DEEP SLEEP herbal tincture blend for maximum effect.
Can be taken as often, and whenever, needed however some sedation may be felt so caution should be taken if driving, using machinery, taking tests or any other important task.
